Shipping Policy Herbs & Arts

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 - 36 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you

know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP – 2015 E Colfax Ave. Denver, CO 80206

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10:30 am – 5:30 pm. Please allow 4 hours processing for same day pick up. If a pick-up order is sent after 2 pm it will be available for pick-up the next business day. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

 Orders are generally shipped within 24 – 36 hours. Using Economy Shipping through USPS 5 – 8 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 applies to orders shipping

 inside the USA. We do not ship outside of USA at this time. We also do not ship to NY due to their age restricted supplement laws.

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

 For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and

 displayed at checkout.

 For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8.50 flat rate shipping within the USA.

 Free shipping is for IN STORE PICKUP ONLY.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original

condition, we will refund the full item order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We do not accept returns for Books, Decks, or CD’s.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@herbsandarts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
