Pyrite is an iron disulfide mineral known for its brassy, metallic luster and distinctive cubic, octahedral, or pyritohedral crystalline structures, often with striations. It has a greenish-black streak, is brittle, and lacks cleavage. While often mistaken for gold, pyrite differs in its hardness, streak, and tendency to weather rapidly into a reddish rust, producing "pyrite disease" that can destroy the specimen over time.

Instructions: Pendulum dowsing typically uses directions—clockwise or counterclockwise circles, or back-and-forth/side-to-side swings—to answer "yes," "no," or "maybe". It is really a personal choice as to what is "your" yes or "your" no. One option is to hold the pendulum still in your dominant hand with a relaxed, steady posture. Then, "program" it by asking it to clearly show you its specific signals for "yes" and "no". Or say show me my "yes" then, show me my"no".
