Ingredients: Peppermint, Red Root (wc), Plantain, Mullein, Elderflower, Coltsfoot, Jie Geng.
Tea Infusion Instructions: Place ½ - 1 Tbl. of herbal blend in a reusable tea bag or tea strainer. Place in an 8 oz. cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 8-10 min.
