Ingredients: Lemon Balm, Rose Hips, Peppermint, Hibiscus Flowers
Rich in Flavonoids, Vitamin C, Antioxidants, Vitamin A, and believed to have cooling energetics.
Ice Tea Infusion Instructions: Place ½ - 1 Tbl. of herbal blend in a reusable tea bag or tea strainer. Place in an 8 oz. cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 8-10 min. Stain and pour over ice and enjoy!
