Ingredients: Peppermint, Motherwort, Wild Yam, Passionflower, Gotu Kola, Lemon Balm, Damiana, Cinnamon, Shatavari, Hibiscus, Raspberry Lf, Chickweed

Tea Infusion Instructions: Place ½ - 1 Tbl. Of herbal blend in a reusable tea bag or tea strainer. Place in an 8 oz. cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 8-10 min.
