Ingredients: Chaste Berry (Vitex), Black Cohosh Rt, Motherwort, Sage, Nettle, Lemon Balm, Mugwort, Dandelion Lf/Rt, Horsetail (Shavegrass)

Tea Infusion Instructions: Place ½ - 1 Tbl. Of herbal blend in a reusable tea bag or tea strainer. Place in an 8 oz. cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 8-10 min.
