Ingredients: Red Raspberry Leaf, Alfalfa, Oatstraw, Nettle, Lemon Balm, Red Clover

Tea Infusion Instructions: Place ½ - 1 Tbl. Of herbal blend in a reusable tea bag or tea strainer. Place in an 8 oz. cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 8-10 min.
